This company was founded by three engineers in the year of 2008-2009 having more than two  decades of rich experience in the field of  Designing, manufacturing, Installation and commissioning of various aids to Power, Telecom & signalling.  Mr. R. P. Rai is one of the founders of this company and due to his experience and expertise the company started installation and commissioning of Solar Power, Signalling & Telecommunication system in the Railways in India. Since than the company has been growing and expanding its approach to the Telecom and power sectors specially focussed in solar power. 
 

To keep abreast with new technologies, the company has an in house R&D and repairing facilities headed by Mr. Rama Shankar Pandey having engineering graduate and MBA with reach experience. The company has an experienced team of engineers, staff and specialist in installation, commissioning and maintenance of the aids to solar power (KW/MW) equipment and SMPS (POWER MODULES). The specialist team is headed by the partners of the company namely Mr. M.K. Singh.

The firm was started with having its registered office in DELHI and branch office PATNA and GHAZIABAD.
